SND Wednesday continues: Let’s end the death streak, Mr. A

Standard

I saw a Tweet that said something along that lines of “Sean Bean dies in every 1.25 movies.” He does seem to shuffle off the mortal coil an awful lot in his films. Here’s hoping that Richard does not rack up a similar average as he embarks on his film career. After all, with Guy, Lucas, Portah, Heinz and now Thorin, we’ll have a death streak that is depressingly long enough. It’s starting to get crowded here in the den with all the SND chaRActers.

Here’s to Richard having a lovely role in a good film in which he gets to laugh, gets to love, and gets to live past the closing credits. And honestly, Richard, we don’t ask this for purely selfish reasons. You’ve wanted to do something “all about love,” right? It would be so beneficial to your mental and emotional health.

Oh, and, maybe–throw in a shower scene. Or two. OK, that request might be for selfish reasons. But we’ve been in such a long drought–the thought of your bare skin water is so very appealing.
In the meantime, more of our wonderful SND chaRActers.

  1. OMG Angie, you have psychic abilities too. I was just thinking, a shower scene is a must. Someone call his agent……

I am at work and cannot listen to the videos but thank you so much for those beautiful pictures. It most certainly helps get through hump day at the office.

  2. Shower scene + horseback riding + romance + skiing in the French Alps + some fencing + food porn, does this sound like a movie you’d want to see on the big screen? I could try writing it…

    • Leigh, that sounds wonderful. A scene where he plays the cello would be lovely! ;)
I’ve come to the conclusion that between us we could manage Richard’s career very nicely; fabulous movie scripts, intelligent and interesting interview questions, and photoshoots of him dressed in kilts and flamenco trousers. :)

      • Thank you, ladies. I’ve started making notes. Judit, the terrain around the Jungfrau looks beautiful; I’ll check for ski resorts. Mezz, I might be able to work in a cello scene. I think you’re right; Angie has the press/PR experience, and I’ve done press releases and contracts. Except for industry contacts, we have the chops.

        • @Leigh, it’s gorgeous isn’t it? The character could have a trip on the Jungfraubahn (with me.. no, only joking of course). It’s the highest railway in Europe. :)

        • I have thought for a long time his dedicated and talented fans could do a great job promoting RA. Who knows his career better than we? The screenplay is a terrific idea! :D

          • I’ll let you know when I send the draft for your review. I need to figure out how to get to the library here and do a little research. The internet just isn’t giving me what I want.
