BTW I watched Silk tonight with Rupert Penry-Jones, and one of the characters was a defendant called Ricky Armitage. He looked nothing like our gorgeous man!!

Yes, Martha Costello (Peake) was the defence barrister for Ricky Armitage.
I couldn’t resist pointing out that Maxine was one of the stars…not just RPJ.
It helped that the model had blonde hair, too, so it all blended together. The funny thing is, I was able to use the first photo of myself I chose, but I had to search to find one that worked for Mr. A–the angle and the lighting and size had to be right and I tried several before the results were acceptable. Ricky Armitage? I have to wonder if the scriptwriters were having another wink in the direction of our boy.
