Beautiful dreamers . . .

Standard

Hubby and I watched Super 8 tonight, followed by one of those “so bad it’s good” films on Epix Drive-In, Starcrash. Now, I am  going to take something for this headache and then I am actually going to try to get to sleep early for the second night in a row! Wonders never cease.  Thought I would leave you with some dreamy images of ChaRActers . . . night, night!

  1. Great pictures. I love seeing pics of our man sleeping. I just love how his pointy nose sticks up.

I was just reading a lovely post on a blog that I follow. The blogger just came back from a trip to NYC and it made me think of RA who was just there. The pictures that she and her husband took are fabulous. NYC is a wonderful place. It has so much energy, things to do and places to see. I can understand RA visiting there from to time to not only visit friends but just to enjoy the place. If Richard ever moved to America I can see him moving to NYC. I used to live down there but moved Upstate in 1991. I always enjoy taking Amtrak for the 3 hour ride into NYC. I always have a great time and I bet that RA had a blast during his short visit. Since RA loves to eat the food alone was worth his trip.

You can see the lovely pictures here: http://alifesdesign.blogspot.com/2012/08/new-york-trip.html

  2. Lucas, 3rd pic down…I was like that last night.. lying in bed, staring at the ceiling..Couldn’t get 2 sleep until 3 am again.. :( Hope you managed to get a good night’s sleep though, Angie!

    • I have the opposite “problem”. I fall asleep so easily. However, I do have a habit sometimes of waking up around 2:00am. I like it better when I sleep until 4:00am. I love getting up at 5:00am since I am very much a morning person.

      • Unfortunately, I have too many nights when I can’t fall asleep easily and then can’t stay asleep once I do. I know some people function well on just three or four hours of sleep, but I have never been one of them. And I am definitely not a morning person, either. Used to have to get up very early for a one-hour bus ride to school and my mother always wanted us to eat a full country breakfast. My poor stomach rebelled at the idea. ;)

  3. Thx for the reminder of Super 8. That was the film I thought of when I read the first announcements for Category 6 / UTP / Black Sky — it’s going to be Super 8.
