Lee Pace at Comic-Con a couple of years ago. Cheekbones to die for.
We’re having lines of thunderstorms–yes, remnants of Isaac, believe it or not–moving through tonight, interrupting our plans to watch Coma when the weather knocked out the satellite signal (and the internet) for a while. I was trying to do some straightening up earlier and managed to twist my back and my ankle–in typical klutzy fashion–so out came the ice pack. Anyway, the electricity is still with us for now after a brief flirtation with going out and the internet connection is back. And so I share some Lee Pace/Richard Armitage cuteness. Can’t wait to see Thranduil and Thorin on the big screen come December!

I love the thought bubble for Richard in that one pic. I can totally relate. I’m ALWAYS in the back of photos. Yes, I’m shy, but I’m in the back because I’m taller than everyone else.
That pic is a hoot! But that’s Richard with three hobbits, his dwarf colleagues and Sir Ian are closer to his own hight.
True, but imagine him as a young teenager who has shot up past all his classmates. Something of the same effect you get here.
Lee is rather cute and seems like a really nice guy. I’m glad he and Richard got to work together and think it’s quite likely Lee helped him with the accent for Black Sky!
Lee is a cutie and a darling and shares certain personality traits with RA–shy, modest, very committed to his work, sweet-natured. And yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Lee gave him some pointers on the accent.
May depend on for how long he has known about Black Sky. But he may have picked up something of LP’s natural speech.

*chuckling* I still look at the CBeebies cap and can’t help smiling. Harry makes me smile, too, even though it’s a less-than-appealing morning.
Harry and the Cbeebies are pretty much guaranteed to brighten even the most gloomy day.
I love that photo of Richard towering above everyone else. Richard is modest yes, but I really do not believe that he is shy. Lee Pace is a good looking man.
Lee’s a doll. Well, RA has referred to himself as being shy, so you’d have to take that up with him.
