Going to step away for a while . . . I leave you with Stunning Sir Guy (S3)

Not only does the camera love RA I suspect the lighting techs had at least a serious crush on him.

About fedoralady

I'm an LA native--Lower Alabama, that is. My husband of more than 30 years and I live here on a portion of my family's former farm with two gorgeous calicos and a handsome GSD mix. My background is art education, and over the years I've been a teacher, department store photographer, sales associate and a journalist. My husband, his business partner and I have Pecan Ridge Productions, a video production company, for which I shoot & edit video and stills and manage marketing. I also still write part-time for the local paper. I love movies, music, art, photography and books, and my tastes in all of them are eclectic.

  1. You do leave us in such good hands! I love these shots of S3 Guy. I don’t think he was ever badly lit in this series, so you could be quite right about the lighting techs.

      • Yes, be it male or female! I’ve just rewatched The Hobbit press conference video and the way Martin Freeman was looking at RA put some doubts in my head regarding Martin’s sexual orientation, but apparently he’s straight… So it’s probably just a “boy crush” and who can blame him?

        • If you are gonna have a “boy crush” on a fellow male, I can think of no one finer to choose to crush on than Richard. I mean–he’s the total package! 😀

I chuckled at how massive Richard looked next to Martin and Aidan. Those shoulders and biceps. *drool*

          • Yessss, those shoulders ARE broad, aren’t they? A 6’2″ dwarf…! I wonder how tall the giants are then? Ha. I suppose anything is possible these days in movie magic land!

  2. Ah…just when I find your blog, you’re “stepping away for a while”!!! Or did the thought of my possible comments scare you off? Just joking, of course. I wish you well in whatever you’re going to be doing or NOT (whatever the case may be).

    • He’s my favorite, too. *grin* He was so beautiful at times in that third series it really took my breath away. And Richard was marvelous–giving Guy a sort of operatic grandeur. *swoon*
