Attack of the Crazy Head-Jaw-Neck-Shoulder Ache–and Sweet Richard

The latest flare-up of this started yesterday. I slept a couple of hours last night and woke up hurting. So I have been playing with Photoshop, as you can see from recent posts. Off to get some ice packs, meds and breakfast. Cranberry Almond Crunch is delicious with chopped-up Gala apple and a few extra dried cranberries tossed in, by the way. 😀  I will catch up with the comments later, guys. Have fun and enjoy all these lovely RA smiles and grins.

About fedoralady

I'm an LA native--Lower Alabama, that is. My husband of more than 30 years and I live here on a portion of my family's former farm with two gorgeous calicos and a handsome GSD mix. My background is art education, and over the years I've been a teacher, department store photographer, sales associate and a journalist. My husband, his business partner and I have Pecan Ridge Productions, a video production company, for which I shoot & edit video and stills and manage marketing. I also still write part-time for the local paper. I love movies, music, art, photography and books, and my tastes in all of them are eclectic.

  3. Funny thing..when all my muscles and bones are aching, I turn on my electric blanket as the warmth seems to help me! But, if ice works for you, go for it, girl! Hope you’re feeling better soon. Thanks for more lovely photos of our darling man. I’ll be off to bed soon as I transfer a little more of LOTR to CD.

    ‘night, ‘night, see you tomorrow.

Sorry Nadia!! I see I have almost written the same comment as yours which I just read. Still, I’m going to post this anyway as I believe it is a case of “great minds think alike”!!!!!!!! 🙂
