About fedoralady

I'm an LA native--Lower Alabama, that is. My husband of more than 30 years and I live here on a portion of my family's former farm with two gorgeous calicos and a handsome GSD mix. My background is art education, and over the years I've been a teacher, department store photographer, sales associate and a journalist. My husband, his business partner and I have Pecan Ridge Productions, a video production company, for which I shoot & edit video and stills and manage marketing. I also still write part-time for the local paper. I love movies, music, art, photography and books, and my tastes in all of them are eclectic.

  1. What a wonderful experience! I’m not sure I’d ever get over an encounter like that! And to have her name said! I think I’d forget mine! And yes I think that is a genuine smile of joy too, I’d like to think its a special one for all us fans…. But of course I’m a wee bit jealous of all those lovely ladies who got to gaze into those eyes…. I wonder are they really as expressive and blue as they seem?

  2. Hi Angie! Not really sure where to put a message that has little to do with your actual postings. Whilst attending my daughters showcase I heard the most wonderful song; One day like this by Elbow. Please have a listen, I think it could make a fab RA song, there a few lines that are great but the one that sticks in my mind is something like ” holy cow those eyes!” Sorry for being cheeky but I simply don’t have your talent or skills to do something of my own and I find every time I hear a song I immediately start thinking if it would suit one of the chaRActers!
