What a pleasure to speak with Todd Garner, Producer on Black Sky, about his new movie and about Richard Armitage, whom he says is “thoughtful and smart.” This should come as little surprise to fans since Richard has received praise from quite a few professionals during his career. Mostly due to his zeal to ensure the story is paramount and his character a perfect complement. His habit of writing character biographies has become almost legendary among fans and has prompted some to ask if he is a writer in the making. Garner thinks he is already there, “He’s an amazing actor but also a terrific writer even though he wouldn’t say that. He has come up with great moments not only for himself and others but for the movie. In fact we just finished shooting a moment he came up with that might be in the trailer.”

I know, isn’t it great?? I just LOVVVVVEEE when professionals say such positive things about Richard. And he’s nailing the accent!! Whoo-hoo! I betcha hanging out with Lee Pace helped. LOL
You know what, watching The Fall made me wish those two were actually a couple (maybe they are..we can’t know, can we? 🙂 ) ! Funny I normally pair RA up in my mind with ladies..But..
I Know what you mean. I love the similarities in their personalities and characters and it doesn’t hurt they are both so attractive, either. Two lovely, sweet gentlemen.
The only “downside” of that relationship would be that they couldn’t make lovely, sweet and tall 😉 babies together! And I really should be in bed I’m beginning to feel giddy. :)So I’ll shut up and bid you good night!
True, it’s a shame you couldn’t somehow mix their “donations” and make sure the surrogate mother had excellent genes, too LOL Just think of the cheekbones, hair and height that could come out of that. Sweet dreams, my dear!
All I have to say on the subject is that several years ago, RA was spotted in a Budapest cinema with Jonas Armstrong. Now what do you make of that? 😉
Only that I’m sorry I wasn’t the one who spotted them! 🙂

LOL Richard and Lee would make a MUCH cuter couple. 😉 Seriously, I am glad they got to know each other on TH because they are two very talented and hard-working guys who are also modest, grounded, shy and good-humored. They have a lot in common, I think, other than the height, bone structure and great smiles. 😉
